  • Fresh Brussel Sprouts 1 1/4 pounds

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Black Pepper 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 390F.

  2. Flavor & Cook Brussels

    Prepare ingredients. Spread ingredients onto a sheet tray and season with oil, salt, pepper & thyme. Roast at 390F for 25 minutes.

    • 1 1/4 pounds, halved Fresh Brussel Sprouts
    • 6 slices, sliced Bacon
    • 1, sliced Fresno Pepper
    • 1/2 bunch, leaves picked Fresh Garden Thyme
    • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  3. Garnish Brussels

    Drizzle brussels with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with chives. Finish with lemon juice if desired.
