Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 500 F.

  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Mix together ricotta and salt. Set aside.

    • 1 cup, wedged Fig
    • 1, thinly sliced Yellow Onion
    • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  3. Caramelize Onions

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Caramelize onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on crust. Add cheese. Sprinkle toppings. Bake for 6 mins or until golden.

    • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    • 1, caramelized Yellow Onion
    • 1 cup Fig
    • 2.0 ounces Prosciutto
    • 2 Naan
  5. Slice & Serve
