  • Kosher Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup

Pantry

  • Ketchup 1/4 cup

  • Yellow Mustard 2 tablespoons

  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 pound, 80/20 blend Ground Beef
  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside tomatoes & lettuce. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
    • 1/4 cup, finely diced Dill Pickle
    • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
    • 1/4 cup, sliced Scallion
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 4 slices Iceberg Lettuce
    • 4 slices Red Tomato
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 4, toasted Hamburger Roll
