Red Beets 1/4
Strawberry 1/2 cup
Goji Berries 1 Tbsp
Dairy & Eggs
Plain Drinkable Yogurt 1 cup
Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch
Frozen Wild Blueberries 1/2 cup
Frozen Acai 1 packet
Pour yogurt into blender.
- 1 cup, dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
Add Goji Berries
Add goji berries to blender.
- 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
Prepare ingredients. Tip! To avoid beet stains, cover your cutting board with parchment paper before cutting.
- 1/4, peeled, chopped Red Beets
- 1/2 cup, hulled Strawberry
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1 packet, 3.5 oz Frozen Acai
- 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
Mix It Up
Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
Sip Sip, Hooray!
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
