Broccoli Salad - Innit

  • Broccoli 1 bunch

  • Red Onion 1/2 cup

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

  • Dried Cranberries 1/2 cup

Dairy & Eggs

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup

Spices

  • Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Kosher Salt 1 tablespoon

  • Black Pepper 2 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Cook bacon for 15 minutes. Prepare ingredients.

    • 1, small florets, stems chopped Broccoli
    • 1/2 cup, shaved Carrot
    • 1/2 cup, sliced, julienned Red Onion
    • 4 Bacon
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine sour cream, mayo & red wine vinegar. Chop bacon. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well.

    • 1, small florets, stems chopped Broccoli
    • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
    • 1/2 cup, shaved Carrot
    • 1/2 cup, sliced, julienned Red Onion
    • 1/2 cup Almond Slivers
    • 4, cooked Bacon
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
    • 2 teaspoons, ground Black Pepper
    • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  3. Taste

    Plate on platter or bowl. Garnish with slivered almonds & extra virgin olive oil.
