Purple Rain Smoothie with Yogurt & Chia - Innit

Ingredients

  • Red Beets 1/4

  • Strawberry 1/2 cup

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Wild Blueberries 1/2 cup

  • Frozen Acai 1 packet

Dairy & Eggs

  • Plain Drinkable Yogurt 1 cup

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

Packaged Products

  • Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour yogurt into blender.

    • 1 cup, dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
  2. Add Chia Seeds

    Add chia seeds to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Tip! To avoid beet stains, cover your cutting board with parchment paper before cutting.

    • 1/4, peeled, chopped Red Beets
    • 1/2 cup, hulled Strawberry
  4. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 packet, 3.5 oz Frozen Acai
    • 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
