Cauliflower Salad - Innit

  • Cauliflower 1 head

  • Cilantro 1/2 cup

  • Fresno Pepper 1/4 cup

  • Scallion 1/2 cup

  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

  • Flame Seedless Grape 1/2 cup

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup

  • Curry Powder 2 tablespoons

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Slivered Almond 1/2 cup

Pantry

  • Canola Oil 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare cauliflower on a sheet pan with oil & salt. Roast for 10 minutes. Prepare ingredients. Reserve a small quantity of scallion, red pepper & cilantro for garnish!

    • 1 head, small florets Cauliflower
    • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 cup, sliced Scallion
    • 1/2 cup, sliced Flame Seedless Grape
    • 1/2 cup, chopped Cilantro
    • 1/4 cup, sliced Fresno Pepper
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine mayo, sour cream & curry powder in a large bowl, mix well. Add remaining ingredients to sour cream mixture.

    • 1 head, small florets Cauliflower
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
    • 1/2 cup, sliced Scallion
    • 1/2 cup, sliced Flame Seedless Grape
    • 1/2 cup, chopped Cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    • 1/4 cup, sliced Fresno Pepper
    • 1/2 cup Slivered Almond
  3. Taste

    Plate the salad in a bowl or platter. Garnish with cilantro, chilis & scallions. Season with black pepper.
