  • Danish Blue Cheese 1 cups

  • Sour Cream 1/3 cup

Pantry

  • Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare ingredients. Reserve 1 tbsp chives for garnish! Cook bacon for 25 minutes.

    • 5 slices Raw Bacon Slice
    • 1 head , quartered Iceberg Lettuce
    • 1 1/2 cups , diced Watermelon
    • 1 cup , halved Red Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup , sliced Fresh Chives
  2. Make Dressing

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/3 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 3 Tbsp , sliced Fresh Chives
    • 1 cup , crumbles Danish Blue Cheese
  3. Salad Assembly

    Place the iceberg lettuce on a platter & top with the dressing. Add tomatoes, hand-torn bacon, watermelon & basil. Garnish with blue cheese & orange zest. Enjoy!
