Innit and Signature Kitchen Suite Showcase Smart Kitchen Innovations at KBIS 2019
Innit and Signature Kitchen Suite, the new line of luxury kitchen appliances from LG Electronics, are showcasing a joint smart culinary solution to help home chefs get the most out of cooking at the 2019 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS). Innit’s smart kitchen platform, which incorporates personalized nutrition, step-by-step guided cooking, and automated precision cooking programs, is being integrated into Signature Kitchen Suite’s expanded 2019 lineup of pro ranges.
Signature Kitchen Suite ranges are the first to feature built-in sous vide, as well as induction and gas, directly on the cooktop. These appliances offer the ultimate in precision cooking for today’s progressive “TechnicureanTM” home chef that demands innovation, performance and versatility, allowing them to prepare food in the best way possible regardless of their preferred cooking methods.
Innit’s platform uniquely enables consumers to customize meals based on their dietary and taste preferences, with simple video instructions for every step of the meal. Multiple dishes can be orchestrated to minimize overall preparation time, ensuring that everything is done and hot at the same time. Innit’s Adaptive Cook Programs enable precision cooking using the unique features of each appliance, across multiple cooking modes and temperatures, to achieve restaurant-quality results with a single click or voice command.
“Innit helps home chefs get the most out of the powerful cooking technologies in Signature Kitchen Suite pro-ranges, while simplifying everyday meal preparation,” said Zach Elkin, general manager of Signature Kitchen Suite. “We believe that better cooking is possible through better thinking, and this combined solution enables incredible convenience and performance to elevate the overall culinary experience.”
“Signature Kitchen Suite has quickly emerged as a leading innovator in the luxury category,” said Kevin Brown, CEO and co-founder of Innit. “Our teams are working closely to enable amazing cooking results, with customizable meals that fit the lifestyle and dietary preferences of today’s home chef.”
Innit also is integrated with a dozen LG brand smart ovens and ranges, 2019 and 2018 models available in different configurations and finishes – led by LG’s combination double wall oven that features two ovens with four ways to cook.* LG ovens and ranges work seamlessly with Innit’s multi-step Adaptive Cooking Programs to automatically control oven temperature cycles and cooking modes ideal for each meal throughout the entire cooking process.
In addition to showcasing Innit’s integration in the Signature Kitchen Suite and LG Electronics KBIS booths (#C5907 and #C6307, respectively) in Las Vegas this week, Innit and LG will participate in an education session titled “Smart Kitchens: How Design and Technology Trends Can Simplify Life for Homeowners” available to registered attendees of the International Builders’ Show on Feb. 20 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
