Innit, a revolutionary personalization technology, arrives in France with a digital platform dedicated to food.

June 25th, 2020 Today, Innit, which brings together experts in digital technology applied to food, announced that it is deploying its operations in Europe and is setting up in France. INNIT has developed a technology that personalizes consumer preferences to help them optimize their food choices and ensure a balanced diet.
Innit has been working in France with a Scientific Committee composed of Dr. David Khayat, Dr. Patrick Serog, and Dr. Christophe Dupont, to adapt and validate the algorithms of the platform and its contents, making scientific expertise the backbone of the deployment of Innit in France. The first phase of the platform will be operational in Q4 2020.
Innit is an open platform, accessible via partner e-commerce sites and applications. Innit has chosen to extend its international presence in Europe by establishing partnerships with major players like Carrefour Group, Intermarché, Ocado Group and Electrolux who share this same vision: helping people to eat and live better.
Thierry Cotillard, President of Intermarché and Netto, said: "Joining forces with Innit means continuing the fight for consumer information and the freedom to buy with full knowledge of the origin, manufacturing conditions, nutritional quality and health. In 1980, Intermarché invented the price per liter and per kilo, major milestones leading to the development of consumer information such as Nutriscore and the Franco Score in 2020. Today, with all the power of digital, Intermarché’s fight for transparency continues, enabling consumers to ‘eat better.’ "
Innit founder Eugenio Minvielle, who has long held the highest positions in the food industry, says: "I have the ambition to enable consumers with access to pertinent and useful information, at each stage of their food journey. Our goal is to reinvent the consumer relationship with food, informing purchase decisions and guiding them through preparation of each meal; Innit personalizes and simplifies the food experience for consumers."
Patrick Serog, member of the scientific committee of Innit declared: “With consumers more and more concerned with their food, it is important to make nutrition simple and understandable backed by a scientific approach. Because we are all different, food products have specific nutritional impacts for each of us. What is good for me is not necessarily good for everyone. This is the solution that Innit brings, by creating a link between research, experts and consumers, providing them with a more accessible understanding of nutritional issues."
