  • Dried Apricot 60 g

Preparation

  1. Couscous Prep

    Prepare ingredients. Boil Water.

    • 350 ml Water
    • 1/4 bunch, chopped Parsley
    • 60 g, chopped Dried Apricot
    • 30 g, chopped Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
  2. Couscous Creation

    Mix ingredients with boiling water & cover. Let steep for 5 minutes.

    • 60 g, chopped Dried Apricot
    • 30 g, chopped Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 170 g Couscous
    • 350 ml, boiled Water
  3. Fluff Couscous

    Season & fluff with fork!

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/4 bunch, chopped Parsley
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
