Preparation

  1. Blend

    Combine ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the consistency is a thick paste.

    • 960 grams Cream Cheese
    • 195 grams Jar Roasted Red Peppers
    • 490 grams Cheddar Cheese
    • 120 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 2 tablespoons Salt
  2. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 50 grams, thinly sliced Spring Onion
    • 4, sliced into sticks Carrots
    • 4 stalks, sliced into sticks Fresh Celery
    • 8 Sugar Snap Peas
    • 1/2, sliced into sticks Cucumber
  3. Taste

    Plate the dip with veggie sticks. Garnish with parsley & scallions. Top with extra virgin olive oil & ground black pepper if desired.
