  • Coconut Milk 1 can

  • Smoked Paprika 2 Tbsp

  • Ground Sumac 2 Tbsp

  • Ground Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Dried Oregano 1 Tbsp

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp

Dry Goods

  • Basmati Rice 1 cup

Pantry

  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Water 3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Cook Coconut Rice

    Combine coconut milk, water & salt in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Add rice & reduce heat. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until liquid has absorbed. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Salt to taste.

    • 1 can Coconut Milk
    • 3/4 cup Water
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. Flavor Creation

    Combine spices & garlic on a tray. Mix well. Press all of the sides of the salmon in the mixture to coat.

    • 2 , finely minced Garlic Cloves
    • 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
    • 2 Tbsp Ground Sumac
    • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
    • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    • 4 , 1 to 1.5 inch thick Wild Atlantic Salmon Fillets
  3. Airfry

    Place salmon into Philips Airfryer basket. Cook at 390 F for 6 to 9 minutes, (until desired doneness) checking occasionally, until salmon is crisp & blackened.

  4. Serve

    Serve with coconut rice on the side.
