Crispy Brussels with Chili & Tarragon Mayonnaise - Innit

  • Brussels Sprouts 20

  • Fresh Tarragon 1 1/2 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup

Spices

  • Chili Powder 1/2 Tbsp

  • Kosher Salt 1 tsp

  • Garlic Powder 3/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Prep Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Coat brussels sprouts with oil & seasonings.

    • 20 Brussels Sprouts
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  2. Airfry

    Cook 375 F for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!

  3. Flavor Creation

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp, minced Fresh Tarragon
    • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
