Preparation

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Tip! To avoid beet stains, cover your surface with parchment paper before cutting.

    • 1/4 , peeled, chopped Red Beet
    • 1/2 cup , hulled Strawberries
  2. Mix It Up

    Starting with the liquid, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup , dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
    • 1/3 cup Frozen Cauliflower
    • 1 Tbsp Tahini
    • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
  3. Sip Sip, Hooray!
