Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 250C.

    Connect Oven
  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Mix together ricotta and salt. Set aside.

    • 250 g Ricotta Cheese
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. Cook Sausage + Wilt Kale

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Cook sausage for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add kale, cook for 1 minute or until wilted. Set aside.

    • 230 g , uncased Pork Sausage Meat
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 30 g , bite-sized pieces Cavolo Nero
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on base. Add cheese and sprinkle toppings. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 125 g Tomato Pizza Sauce
    • 90 g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    • 250 g , seasoned Ricotta Cheese
    • 30 g Cavolo Nero
    • 230 g Pork Sausage Meat
    • 2 Naans
  5. Slice & Serve
