  • Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 175C. Prepare ingredients. Reserve 1 tbsp chives for garnish! Cook bacon for 25 minutes.

    • 5 slices Bacon
    • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
    • 225 g , diced Watermelon
    • 150 g , halved Red Cherry Tomatoes
    • 4 Tbsp , sliced Chives
  2. Make Dressing

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    • 65 g Sour Cream
    • 75 g Mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 3 Tbsp , sliced Chives
    • 130 g , crumbles Danish Blue Cheese
  3. Salad Assembly

    Place the iceberg lettuce on a platter & top with the dressing. Add tomatoes, hand-torn bacon, watermelon & basil. Garnish with blue cheese & orange zest. Enjoy!
