Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 250C.

  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 170 g, sliced Cremini Mushroom
    • 1, sliced Yellow Onion
    • 1, minced Garlic Clove
    • 1 tsp, leaves picked Fresh Thyme
  3. Cook Toppings

    Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Cook onions until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.

    • 170 g Cremini Mushroom
    • 1 Yellow Onion
    • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Sprinkle mozzarella on crust. Add mushroom mix and top with parmesan. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 170 g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    • 2 Naans
    • 40 g Grated Parmesan
  5. Slice & Serve!

    Slice & serve.
