Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Portion the meat into 4 equal burgers.

    • 450 grams, 80/20 blend Beef Mince
  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside tomatoes & lettuce. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

    • 120 milliliters Mayonnaise
    • 120 milliliters Sour Cream
    • 60 milliliters Ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
    • 40 grams, finely diced Pickled Gherkin
    • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
    • 25 grams, sliced Spring Onion
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 4 slices Iceberg Lettuce
    • 4 slices Red Tomato
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 4, toasted Burger Bun
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
