  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/3 cup

  • Heavy Cream 1 1/2 cups

Preparation

  1. Simmer Sauce

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside chives. Bring the ingredients to a boil; reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes.

    • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
    • 1/4 bunch Fresh Thyme
    • 2 Garlic Cloves
    • 1 Tbsp, minced Fresh Chives
  2. Sear Chicken

    Set pan over high heat for 2 minutes. Add olive oil & sliced chicken. Cook for 6 minutes until golden brown, seasoning halfway through.

    • 2, sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  3. Cook Zoodles

    Prepare ingredients. Heat olive oil in pan over medium. Add zoodles; cook, until softened slightly, about 5 minutes.

    • 3, zoodled Zucchini
    • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  4. Season Sauce

    Discard thyme. Stir in grated parmesan, until thickened; season with salt & pepper. Stir in lemon juice & chives.

    • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  5. Serve and Enjoy!

    Drizzle finished meal with olive oil just before serving.
