  • Fresh Tarragon 1 1/2 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Dill Pickle Chips 3 cups

  • Full Fat Mayonnaise 1 cup

Dairy & Eggs

  • Egg 1

  • Whole Milk 1 cup

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1/2 Tbsp

Dry Goods

  • All Purpose Flour 2 1/2 Tbsp

  • Baking Powder 2 tsp

  • Bread Crumbs 1 1/2 cups

Pantry

  • Canola Oil 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Pickle Prep

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Coat pickles in flour mixture & shake off excess.

    • 3 cups , drained Dill Pickle Chips
    • 2 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  2. Batter Prep

    Spread bread crumbs on a plate or shallow dish and combine with oil. Whisk egg & milk together. Dip floured pickles into the egg batter to coat. Coat with oil/bread crumb mixture, making sure they are fully covered.

    • 1 Egg
    • 1 cup Whole Milk
    • 1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
    • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  3. Airfry

    Place the pickles into the cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer. Working in two batches, cook pickles at 375 F for 15 mins, tossing halfway through.

  4. Flavor Creation

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    • 1 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp , minced Fresh Tarragon
    • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  5. Serve and Enjoy!

    Serve with dip on the side.
