  • Salmon 2 lb

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Prepare Salmon Side

    Wash and dry salmon. Trim excess belly fat.

  2. Season Salmon Side

    Mix all ingredients together. Place salmon on sheet pan.

    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 lb, one whole side Salmon
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  3. Bake Salmon Side

    Place sheet pan with Salmon Side in oven, on top rack. Start cooking Salmon.

  4. Remove & Rest Salmon Side

    Remove sheet pan from oven. Rest for 5 minutes.
