Preparation

  1. Prepare Fruit

    • 1, sliced Kiwifruit
    • 4, halved Strawberries
    • 1/4, cubed Fresh Pineapple
  2. Make Dip

    Combine ingredients and whisk together to make a dip.

    • 1 oz Cream Cheese
    • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
    • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  3. Build Skewers

    Build the skewer, alternating the different fruit.

    • 1, sliced Kiwifruit
    • 1 cup Crimson Seedless Grape
    • 1/4, cubed Fresh Pineapple
    • 4, halved Strawberries
    • 4, 6-inch Bamboo Skewers
  4. Serve

    Drizzle fruit kabobs with dip. Garnish with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
