Preparation

  1. Prepare ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Note: Use only zest and juice of lime, if you prefer a smoothie without a bitter note.

    • 1/4, ends trimmed, quartered Lime
  2. Mix It Up

    Starting with the liquid, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
