Dairy & Eggs

  • Buttermilk 1 cup

  • Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp

  • Whole Milk 1 cup

  • Eggs 3

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 tsp

Dry Goods

  • Corn Starch 1 Tbsp

  • Baking Powder 1 Tbsp

  • Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal 1 1/2 cups

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Honey 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 445F.

  2. Grease Baking Dish

    Grease a small baking dish and set aside.

  3. Prepare Cornbread

    In a bowl, blend the P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, salt, corn starch and baking powder until thoroughly combined.

    • 1 1/2 cups Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal
    • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
    • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  4. Prepare Cornbread (continued)

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs for 5 minutes. Add the honey and the butter. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the milk, buttermilk and dry ingredients. Stir for 5 minutes.

    • 3, beaten Eggs
    • 1 Tbsp Honey
    • 2 Tbsp, melted Unsalted Butter
    • 1 cup Whole Milk
    • 1 cup Buttermilk
  5. Cook Cornbread

    Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven.

  6. Serve

    Cool the cornbread before you serve. Enjoy!
