Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 1/4 cups

  • Agave Syrup 1 Tbsp

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • Sea Salt Flakes 2 tsp

Baking Products

  • Dark Chocolate 1 1/2 lb

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 cup

  • Demerara Sugar 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Heat Ingredients

    Heat all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Take off heat as soon as mixture comes to a boil.

    • 1 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 1 cup Demerara Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  2. Create Truffle Batter

    Place chocolate chips into a large bowl. Pour the hot liquid over the chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth and pour into a shallow, approximately 9x9 inch pan. Chill for 2 hours.

    • 1 1/2 lb , chips, 64% cocoa Dark Chocolate
  3. Create Truffles

    Sift cocoa powder onto a sheet pan or plate. Scoop chilled truffle mixture with a melon baller or spoon. Roll to form truffles, evenly coat in cocoa powder.

    • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  4. Enjoy!

    Arrange truffles on a plate or bowl, garnish with sea salt flakes.
