Preparation

  1. Soak Skewers

    Soak skewers in water for 10 to 30 minutes before cooking.

    • 4 , 6-inch Bamboo Skewers
  2. Prepare Ingredients

    Cut the Hawaiian slider buns in half horizontally. Remove tops from strawberries and slice in half.

    • 4 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
    • 1 cup Strawberries
  3. Build Skewers

    Build skewer alternating ingredients.

    • 4 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
    • 1 cup Strawberries
  4. Create Egg Mix

    Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

    • 1 Egg
    • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 , zested, juiced Orange
  5. Cook

    Coat skewers in the egg and cream mixture. Cook in butter on skillet until it starts to caramelize, about 3 minutes per side.

    • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  6. Serve

    Drizzle kabobs with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
