  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Drained Canned Chickpeas 1 can

Preparation

  1. Flavor Chickpeas

    Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Toss to coat.

    • 1 can , drained Drained Canned Chickpeas
    • 1/2 , zested + juiced Lemon
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Combine Herbs & Feta

    Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Toss to coat.

    • 1/2 lb , crumbled Feta Cheese
    • 1/2 bunch , leaves, hand torn Oregano
    • drizzle Olive Oil
    • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  3. Slice Cucumber

    Prepare cucumber.

    • 1 , pencil cut English Cucumber
  4. Mixed Greens

    Wash greens & dry.

    • 4 cups Spring Mix
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
