Preparation

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425F. Line sheet pan with foil.

    Connect Oven
  2. Form Patties

    Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1 , white only Egg
  3. Prep Topping

    Bake in oven at 350F. Pull out when it begins to get crispy.

    • 4 slices Raw Bacon Slice
  4. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
