Add Liquid
Pour liquids into blender.
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk

Add Hemp Seeds
Add hemp seeds to blender.
- 1 Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds

Prepare Ingredients
Prepare ingredients.
- 1/4 , pitted, quartered Avocado

Assemble Smoothie
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
- 3 drops , optional or to taste Liquid Stevia

Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
