Preparation

  1. Season

    Season tri-tip on all sides. Place on sheet pan, fat cap up.

    • 2 lb, rinsed Beef Tri-Tip Roast
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  2. Cook

    Place on middle rack of oven. Start cooking.

  3. Rest & Serve

    Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice, serve, & enjoy!
