  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

    Connect Oven
  2. Prepare Dough

    Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a medium mixing bowl. Set aside. Add butter and sugar to a stand or electric mixer. Using the paddle extension, blend, on medium, until creamed. Note, the butter is "creamed" when it's yellowish-white in color, appears fluffy and has almost doubled in mass. Add egg and continue to blend, on medium low, until fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract and continue mixing.

    • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
    • 3/4 cup, (1-1/2 sticks) room temperature Unsalted Butter
    • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
    • 1, large Egg
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  3. Prepare Dough Continued

    Add lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of the rosemary and continue mixing. Slowly add the flour mixture and continue to mix until fully incorporated. Add white chocolate morsels and goji berries. Mix until well combined.

    • 1, zested Lemon
    • 1/2 Tbsp, finely chopped, divided Fresh Rosemary
    • 1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
    • 1/4 cup, or dried cranberries Dried Goji Berries
  4. Refrigerate Dough

    Using plastic wrap, roll dough into a 12-inch by 2-inch (in diameter) log. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until firm.

  5. Bake Cookies

    Cut into quarter inch thick circles and remove plastic wrap. Placed on an ungreased sheet pan. Lightly sprinkle finely chopped rosemary on top. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes and edges are golden.
