  • Fresh Ginger 1 Tbsp

  • Scallions 1/4 cup

  • Butterhead Lettuce 1 head

  • Avocado 1

  • Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Olive Oil 3/8 cup

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Sesame Seed Oil 4 tsp

  • Sriracha Sauce 2 tsp

  • Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp

Nuts & Seeds

  • Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Mix all ingredients together in bowl and mix into your patty meat. Portion into 4 patties.

    • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp, micrograted Fresh Ginger
    • 1/4 cup, sliced Scallions
    • 4 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
    • 2 Tbsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed
    • 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    • 1 lb, 80/20 blend Ground Beef
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1, juiced, zested Lemon
    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Pull Apart Lettuce Cups

    Wash & dry lettuce. Separate leaves.

    • 1 head Butterhead Lettuce
  5. Serve and Enjoy!

    Pair with your favorite side.
