  • Low Sodium Vegetable Stock 1/2 cup

  • Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Coconut Oil 5/6 cup

  • Lemon 1/2

  • Fresh Thyme 2 sprigs

  • Button Mushroom 1 lb

  • Fresh Chives 2 Tbsp

  • Cauliflower 1 head

  • Garlic Cloves 2

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1/2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 2 pinches

Packaged Products

  • Dried Seaweed 1/4 package

Nuts & Seeds

  • Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Pan-Sear Turkey

    Heat pan on high heat for 2 minutes. Cook for 8 min or until golden brown, seasoning half way. Remove from pan.

    • 1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Cauliflower Rice Creation

    Prepare ingredients. Add cauliflower to food processor. Blend until evenly chopped into small rice-like pieces. Heat pan on high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil, cauliflower rice, salt, pepper, thyme & garlic. Stir & cook for 4 minutes. Remove garlic & thyme.

    • 1 head, chopped Cauliflower
    • 2, peeled Garlic Cloves
    • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
    • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  3. Chop Veggies

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.

    • 1 lb, halved Button Mushroom
    • 1/4 package, sliced thinly Dried Seaweed
    • 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh Chives
    • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  4. Cook Mushrooms

    Add ingredients to mushrooms. Cover & cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
    • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
  5. Season Mushrooms

    Add ingredients to pan with mushrooms. Season with salt to taste. Stir to combine.

    • 1 Tbsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seed
    • 1/2, juiced Lemon
    • 1/4 package, sliced thinly Dried Seaweed
    • 2 Tbsp, chopped Fresh Chives
    • 1 pinch, or to taste Kosher Salt
  6. Combine Turkey and Mushrooms

    Give it a stir. Serve over cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
