Preparation

  1. Boil Pasta

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt. Cook ravioli until al dente, firm to bite but not soft.

    • 2 cups Ravioli
    • 16 cups Water
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  2. Pesto Creation

    Prepare ingredients. Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor. Blend until smooth.

    • 1 bunch Fresh American Basil
    • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
    • 2 , peeled Garlic Cloves
    • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
