  • Pizza Dough 450 g

Preparation

  1. Preheat + Knead

    Preheat oven to 260C. Knead dough into ball and let rest for 20 minutes on a flour-dusted surface.

  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 2, sliced into rounds Fresh Roma Tomatoes
    • 230 g, sliced into rounds Mozzarella Cheese
  3. Prep + Par-Cook Crust

    Lightly dust sheet pan with flour. Stretch pizza dough to fit sheet pan. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 450 g Pizza Dough
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp Plain Flour
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread sauce on base. Add cheese & toppings. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 2, sliced into rounds Fresh Roma Tomatoes
    • 230 g, sliced into rounds Mozzarella Cheese
    • 125 g Tomato Pizza Sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 20 g, hand torn Fresh Basil
  5. Slice & Serve!
