  • Red Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 175C.. Cook bacon for 15 minutes. Prepare ingredients.

    • 1 bunch , chopped into florets, stems chopped Broccoli
    • 60 g , grated Carrots
    • 60 g , sliced Red Onions
    • 5 slices Bacon
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine sour cream, mayo and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Add all salad ingredients to the same bowl and mix well. Once cooled, chop bacon and add to salad bowl. Mix to combine.

    • 1 , chopped into florets, stems chopped Broccoli
    • 20 g Dried Cranberries
    • 60 g , shaved Carrots
    • 60 g , sliced, julienned Red Onions
    • 50 g Sliced Almonds
    • 5 slices , cooked Bacon
    • 65 g Sour Cream
    • 75 g Mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  3. Taste

    Plate on platter or bowl. Garnish with slivered almonds & extra virgin olive oil.
