Guacamole Turkey Taco with Chili Lime Jicama - Innit

  • Turkey Mince 680 grams

Spices

  • Salt 2 1/4 teaspoons

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

  • Chilli Powder 5 teaspoons

  • Cilantro 1/2 bunch

  • Jicama 1

  • Yellow Onion 2 tablespoons

  • Avocados 2

  • Red/Green Chilli 1/4

  • Limes 3 1/2

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 44 milliliters

Dry Goods

  • Corn Tortillas 8

Preparation

  1. Flavour Jicama

    Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine.

    • 1, medium dice Jicama
    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    • 2 teaspoons Chilli Powder
    • 1/2, juiced Lime
  2. Make Guacamole

    Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine!

    • 2, mashed Avocados
    • 1/2 bunch, stems removed, chopped Cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons, diced Yellow Onion
    • 1/4, sliced Red/Green Chilli
    • 2, juiced Limes
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
  3. Pan Sear & Season Turkey

    Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and ground turkey. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown; season halfway through.

    • 680 grams Turkey Mince
    • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    • 1, juiced Lime
    • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Warm Up Tortillas

    Wrap tortillas in kitchen towel. Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes.

    • 8 Corn Tortillas
  5. Serve & Enjoy

    Pair with good music.
