  • Fresh Cilantro Leaf 1/2 cup

  • Soy Sauce 3/8 cup

  • Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Wonton Chip 1/2 cup

  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp

  • Sambal Sauce 2 tsp

  • Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts 1/2 cup

Pantry

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp

  • Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Cook Brussels Sprouts

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare brussels sprouts & place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper, cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.

    • 4 cups , halved Brussels Sprouts
    • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Flavor Creation

    Place sugar & water in a pot until a light golden brown. Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients. Turn heat back on and simmer for 2 minutes then cool.

    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • 3/8 cup Soy Sauce
    • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
    • 2 tsp Sambal Sauce
  3. Combine

    Add desired amount of sauce mixture to cooked brussels sprouts & peanuts, starting with a few tablespoons. Mix well.

    • 4 cups , halved Brussels Sprouts
    • 1/2 cup , roasted Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  4. Taste

    Plate in bowl or on platter and garnish with peanuts, cilantro & wonton chips. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
