  • Whole Milk 1 1/2 cups

Baking Products

  • Granulated Sugar 7/12 cup

Dry Goods

  • Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal 1 1/2 cups

Pantry

  • Canola Oil 6 cups

Preparation

  1. Mix Together Churro Batter

    Mix water, milk, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, stirring vigorously for 5 minutes. Place the batter in a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle.

    • 1 1/2 cups Water
    • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
    • 1 Tbsp, melted Unsalted Butter
    • 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal
    • g, to taste Iodized Salt
  2. Deep Fry

    Pour strips directly into the pan and deep-fry until golden brown.

    • 6 cups Canola Oil
  3. Sprinkle With Sugar

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with sugar while hot.

    • 1/2 cup, to sprinkle Granulated Sugar
