  • Ground Garlic 1 pinch

  • Smoked Paprika 1 pinch

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Prep Ingredients

    Peel potatoes. Cut into 1/4 inch thick sticks. Toss with oil & seasonings.

    • 2 , medium Sweet Potatoes
    • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Ground Garlic
    • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
  2. Airfry

    Lightly spray or brush fry basket with a little bit of oil. Place fries in basket & cook on 400 F for 10 minutes, checking & tossing every 4 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!
