  • Baby Spinach 1 cup

  • Dried Goji Berries 1 Tbsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Plain Drinkable Yogurt 1 cup

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Broccoli 1/2 cup

  • Frozen Mango 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour yogurt into blender.

    • 1 cup, dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
  2. Add Goji Berries

    Add goji berries to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Dried Goji Berries
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Note: Use only zest and juice of lime, if you prefer a smoothie without a bitter note.

    • 1/2 inch, peeled, chopped Fresh Ginger
    • 1/4, ends trimmed, quartered Lime
  4. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1/2 cup Frozen Broccoli
    • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
    • 1 cup Baby Spinach
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
