  • Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Sesame Seed Oil 1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable Stock 1/2 cup

Nuts & Seeds

  • Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seeds 1 Tbsp

Produce

  • Button Mushrooms 1 lb

  • Fresh Chives 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon 1/2

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 tsp

Packaged Products

  • Dried Seaweed 1/4 package

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 1/4 cup

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Pan-Sear Turkey

    Set a pan over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & turkey; cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown, seasoning halfway through. Remove from heat.

    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Chop Veggies

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.

    • 1 lb , halved Button Mushrooms
    • 1/4 package , sliced thinly Dried Seaweed
    • 2 Tbsp , chopped Fresh Chives
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. Cook Mushrooms

    Add ingredients to mushrooms. Cover & cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
    • 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
  4. Season Mushrooms

    Add ingredients to pan with mushrooms. Season with salt to taste. Stir to combine.

    • 1 Tbsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seeds
    • 1/2 , juiced Lemon
    • 1/4 package , sliced thinly Dried Seaweed
    • 2 Tbsp , chopped Fresh Chives
    • to taste Kosher Salt
  5. Combine Turkey and Mushrooms

    Give it a stir. Enjoy!
