  • Bone In Skin on Chicken Thigh 2 lb


  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp


  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp


  1. Prepare & Cook Chicken

    Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat dry using paper towels. Arrange chicken in a single layer, skin side up, on a sheet pan. Drizzle the oil on chicken, turning to coat all sides. Season chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Place sheet pan in oven on rack level 2, and start cook sequence.

    • 2 lb Bone In Skin on Chicken Thigh
    • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  2. Serve & Enjoy

    Once cooking is complete, remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon juice, fresh parsley, and flaky salt if desired, and enjoy with your favorite side!
