  • Wild Atlantic Salmon 1 1/2 lb

Pantry

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

  • Olive Oil 1/4 cup

Produce

  • Broccoli 2 cups

  • Precooked Beets 1 lb

  • Italian Parsley 2 Tbsp

  • Fresh Spring Mix 4 cups

Nuts & Seeds

  • Sunflower Seeds 1 cup

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425F. Line sheet pan with foil.

    Connect Oven
  2. Bake Broccoli

    Toss broccoli with oil & salt. Bake for 22 minutes.

    • 2 cups, small florets Broccoli
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  3. Sear Salmon

    Set a pan over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & salmon; cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown, seasoning halfway through. Remove from heat.

    • 1 1/2 lb, diced Wild Atlantic Salmon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Flavor Beets

    Toss beets in oil. Season with salt, pepper & parsley.

    • 1 lb, quartered Precooked Beets
    • 2 Tbsp, finely chopped Italian Parsley
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  5. Toast Sunflower Seeds

    Combine ingredients. Toast in oven for 5 - 7 min or until golden brown.

    TIP: Place on same sheet as broccoli for easier clean up!

    • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
    • 1 tsp Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  6. Mixed Greens

    Wash greens & dry.

    • 4 cups Fresh Spring Mix
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
