  • Kale Leaves 2

  • Avocado 1/2

  • Fresh Celery 1 stalk

  • Mint 4 sprigs

  • Lime 1/4

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

Packaged Products

  • Spirulina Powder 1 tsp

Beverage

  • Coconut Water 1 cup

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Pineapple 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Note: Use only zest and juice of lime, if you prefer a smoothie without a bitter note.

    • 2 Kale Leaves
    • 4 sprigs, leaves picked Mint
    • 1/4, ends trimmed, quartered Lime
    • 1/2, pitted, scooped Avocado
    • 1 stalk, chopped Fresh Celery
  2. Mix It Up

    Starting with the liquid, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup, unsweetened Coconut Water
    • 1/2 cup, chunks Frozen Pineapple
    • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
  3. Sip Sip, Hooray!
