Preparation

  1. Cauliflower Prep

    Thinly slice cauliflower.

    • 1 head, large florets Cauliflower
  2. Batter Creation

    Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Coat cauliflower with honey buffalo sauce, then coat with panko mixture.

    • 1/4 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
    • 4 tsp Honey
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 head Cauliflower
  3. Airfry

    Lightly spray/brush Philips Airfryer basket with oil. Cook at 375 F for 12 - 15 minutes, tossing occasionally until crisp & golden. Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!
