Steak Kale Salad with Cucumber Blueberry Mix - Innit

Ingredients

  • Beef Flank Steak 1 1/2 lb

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Produce

  • Kale 2 bunches

  • Blueberry 2 cups

  • Fresh Sunflower Sprouts 4 cups

  • Cucumber 1

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Create Cucumber Blueberry Mix

    Prepare ingredients & combine if desired.

    • 1, penciled Cucumber
    • 2 cups Blueberry
    • 4 cups Fresh Sunflower Sprouts
  2. Prep Kale

    Wash kale & dry.

    • 2 bunches, destemmed + hand torn Kale
  3. Sear Steak

    Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil & steak; cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown, season halfway through. Remove from heat.

    • 1 1/2 lb, sliced Beef Flank Steak
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
