Preparation

  1. Truss Turkey

    Truss Turkey with twine. Place on sheet pan breast side up.

    • 14 lb, thawed Whole Turkey
  2. Season and Roast

    Coat with Oil and Season. Place in the oven on the bottom rack. Start Cooking

    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  3. Rest and Carve

    Rest for 20 minutes. Carve.
