Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 250C.

    Connect Oven
  2. Cook Chicken

    Season chicken breast. Place in oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.

    • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    • 1 pinch Salt
    • 1 pinch, ground Black Pepper
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside.

    • 1, cooked, diced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    • 70 g, diced Sliced Ham
    • 80 g, diced Fresh Pineapple
  4. Assemble Pizza

    Spread BBQ sauce on base. Add cheese and toppings. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.

    • 120 ml Barbecue Sauce
    • 520 g, shredded Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
    • 70 g, diced Sliced Ham
    • 80 g, diced Fresh Pineapple
    • 1, baked, diced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
